So one month is down in my 365 project, and like most things... I started strong, but am faltering now... I will confess I didn't have my camera with me at ALL times, as can be seen from the pictures almost all were taken in our house. Getting out of the house w/ a 2 1/2 year old, and all her accessories (insert Pooh bear, babies, juice, snacks, full diaper bag, etc) going back to grab my camera can sometimes prove to be too much when we're running late.
I have learned more about the abilities of my camera, however I don't have any that I would consider 'great' or favorite shots from the month. I'm anxious to see how what I've learned will translate in a real life event when I'm trying to snap quickly, and can't take a shot again with new settings.
My challenge for February is to try to go outside my comfort zone more, and take more pictures out in public. My photo total for January is 697 pictures, I'm well over 700 when I consider all the photos I deleted rather than upload. At some point I'll need to go back, and purge more of the 697 as most are just the same shot, practicing with the settings on my camera.
